One of these is the bag for ageing speck and dried meats, one of our latest creations.
After constant pressure from our biggest clients producing speck in Tyrol, we have perfected a bag in 100% polypropylene which, thanks to the handles and rectangular shape of the bag itself, produces a nicely squared product without the need to pierce the speck to hang it up.
By avoiding piercing of the speck a considerable amount of the product is saved, given the elevated percentage of bacteria which would otherwise be present.
The bag is used both for smoking and for ageing and can be reutilised for at least two production cycles.
